OUR STORY

We are a family owned and operated company with strong ties to the Sunshine coast, having lived in Gibson’s, Roberts Creek and with a family history on Sakinaw Lake beginning in the mid 1940’s. We believe that all successful projects start with effective, open and honest communication. The main players of Reid Pelly Construction Have worked together since 2008 and have successfully completed some challenging projects as a cohesive team. We believe that we can take on almost any project as we are Licensed with BC Housing and have an effective 2-5-10 new home warranty program, we have certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) on staff and are members of the Project Management Institute (PMI). We believe in advancing people and having people that want to advance on our team, to ensure this, we are Industry Training authority (ITA) sponsors and will always have Red Seal Carpenters on your site.

COMPANY HISTORY

Reid Pelly Construction has operated in British Columbia since 2004. Starting out as a form and frame, and exterior finishing subcontractor in North and West Vancouver working for custom home builders, we learned the importance of details early on. Opportunities on the Sunshine coast brought us here in 2007 where we thrived building custom homes and doing major renovations until 2012. In 2012 a three phase, 108-unit apartment building project was too tempting to pass up, so again Reid Pelly Construction was on the move to Hudson’s Hope BC. Once the Paquette apartments project came to an end, a unique opportunity presented itself to transition the company into construction management consulting, working primarily on Capital Infrastructure and Project Delivery for BC Hydro. 

Almost six incredible years later, the call of the Coast was too strong, and we left Hudson’s Hope behind and have re-established ourselves back in Roberts Creek and could not be happier!
